Tuna Burgers

Ingredients  
6 ½ oz Canned Tuna (drained).
1 cup of Dry Bread Crumbs.
1 x Egg, slightly beaten.
½ cup of Minced Celery.
½ cup of Salad Dressing.
¼ cup of Onion, minced.
Leaf Lettuce.
4 x Hamburger Buns, toasted.
Tomato slices.

 

Directions:

  1. 1- Mash canned tuna in a bowl.
  2. 2- Stir in the bread crumbs, celery, salad dressing, egg and onion.
  3. 3- Use the mixture to create 4 burgers.
  4. 4- Fry for 3 to 4 minutes on either side until cooked through.
  5. 5- Serve the burgers in the buns with the lettuce and tomato slices
